Job Title: Customer Service and In Store Stylist
Reports to: Managing Director


Kennedys Boutique are looking for a passionate, committed customer service Queen and stylist! To join us in a fun, nurturing customer is everything environment! Customer Service and in store stylist duties include selling, restocking, merchandising, online enquiries and picking and packing orders

  • Ensuring high levels of customer service satisfaction through outstanding customer service.
  • Providing in store & online styling advice.
  • Picking and packing online orders in a timely manner.


  • Ensuring the highest levels of customer service.
  • Maintain a fully stocked store.
  • Recommend and display items that meet customer needs.
  • Manage point of sale process.
  • Manage online returns and processing.
  • Actively involved in the receipt of new shipments.
  • Keep up to date with product information.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Proven working experience in customer service.
  • Customer service is your main focus.
  • Team focussed, friendly and helpful.


  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time, necessary to fulfil pick and pack duties and warehouse duties.
  • Ability to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel and carry products.
  • Ability to perform store maintenance duties i.e. sweep, vacuum, empty bins and general day to day cleaning.
  • Ability to safely lift boxes up to 15kg.


  • Strong initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility, ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and changes.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
